Shipping within Australia
Artworks (Originals and prints) and Hand-painted pots
· We offer free standard shipping for orders Australia wide on all our artworks and hand-painted pots and accessories.
. The prices are inclusive of shipping cost for orders on originals, prints and hand-painted pots and accessories. So there will be no additional shipping cost to you at the checkout.
· Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the order details, at the e-mail id provided by you.
· Your order for original artwork will be shipped within 1-3 business days post confirmation.
. Please note that all our prints and hand-painted pots and accessories are made to order. Please allow 7 days for the print order and 3 -5 days for the pot to be ready after which it will be dispatched.
· In case you require express shipping, please contact us at info@megfineart.com.au. Our team will be happy to assist you with the shipping charges and other details
· Your order will reach you within 10 -15 days business days post shipping. It may take longer for locations within rural areas. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
· The artwork or product that you order is fully insured against loss and damage during transit. This insurance is valid till the time the artwork or product is in transit.
. Free shipping policy excludes orders received on prints via other links provided on this website. For example - ‘Art House Reproductions’ website and ‘Redbubble’ website for gift items and ‘original artworks ordered via ‘Bluethumb’. You will need to follow shipping and returns policies as directed by these platforms when purchased on these websites.
International Shipping
ARTWORKS - Originals and Prints
· We ship internationally through DHL Express, FedEx and other courier service providers.
· We offer free international standard shipping Worldwide except Russia and Ukraine (due to suspension or delays of postal services) for all original artworks and prints.
. The prices for Originals and print orders are inclusive of shipping costs. Simply select ‘outside Australia’ option while ordering prints. There will be no additional shipping cost to you at the checkout.
. Please note that all our prints are made to order. Please allow 7 days for the print order to be ready after which it will be dispatched. It may take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order.
. Orders for original artworks will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. It may take up to 6 weeks to receive your order.

· Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your shipment reaches your country. These duties and taxes vary as per the country and the specific region within that country. These need to be paid for, by the buyer.
Please check for any regional updates and disruptions of postal services as per your country that may impact the delivery of your items. These are beyond our control and Meg Fine Art holds no responsibility for delays caused by regional disruptions to postal services.

2. Hand-painted pots
We ship worldwide except Russia and Ukraine (due to suspension or delays of postal services) through DHL Express, FedEx and other courier service providers.
· Due to heavier nature of our hand-painted pots we are unable to offer free shipping for Handpainted pots to our international customers.
Please email us on info@megfineart.com.au to obtain a quote regarding shipping charges to your country/region so that we can provide you with the exact shipping cost required for your specific parcel.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Artwork/hand-painted pot received in damaged condition
We take utmost care while wrapping and packaging the artworks and hand-painted pots to ensure that they are protected during transit and are delivered to you in an impeccable condition. However, in the rare event of the artworks / hand-painted pots getting damaged in transit, we have got you covered. In case you receive the artworks /hand-painted pots in damaged condition, we offer a full refund. In such a case, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. Do include photographs of the damaged artwork / hand-painted pot in the e-mail. You can write to us at info@megfineart.com.au. Our expert team will guide you through the entire process.
Change of mind
We encourage you to choose your artwork/ hand-painted pot carefully. We ensure that all the images of the artworks /hand-painted pots are true to their original colors, to the extent possible. However sometimes, the best of cameras may not reflect the shades digitally. The mock up images are intended to be used as a guide only. Please refer to the information related to the dimensions and framing of the artwork / hand-painted pots carefully before ordering.
In case you change your mind after purchasing the artwork / hand-painted pot, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange in such cases.
Unsatisfactory quality
We stand behind the quality of our artworks /hand-painted pots. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the artworks /hand-painted pots that you order, we offer you full refund of the price of the artwork /hand-painted pots. Shipping fees, if any, are non refundable. Please ensure that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the artwork /hand-painted pot. We are unable to fulfil any return requests post 7 days of receipt of the artwork /hand-painted pots by you.
Please note that the artworks /hand-painted pots must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier. The tracking information must be provided to Meg Fine Art. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be borne by you. While returning the artwork /hand-painted pot, please ensure that they are wrapped securely and the copy of the invoice is included.
We will process the refund within 7 days of receipt of the artwork /hand-painted pot from you. In some cases, it may take more than 7 days.
