Your pot will be packaged with the environment in mind. I only use recyclable or compostable packaging materials. Please dispose of packaging thoughtfully.
Shipping and returns:
Australia wide shipping: Free
Although I try to keep pots in stock and available for quick dispatch this may not always be possible so please note that there can be a 3 -5 day lead time allowing time for your pot to be carefully and lovingly primed, painted and sealed.
Standard Postage
Free shipping Australia wide. Estimated arrival time of 5-10 business days once shipped. It may take longer if you are based in rural parts of Australia. Tracking number included.
Local Pick-Up
If you’re a Brisbane local you can select the ‘pick-up’ option at the checkout. Collect your order from my home studio. I will send you my address in an email or text.
International shipping:
It may take up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive with international shipping.
Overseas Postage
Due to the heavier nature of terracotta pots, I am unable to offer free shipping for people purchasing my pots from outside of Australia. Please get in touch with us (info@megfineart.com.au) to obtain a quote for any pot that you would like to purchase. Our team will be more than happy to provide you with an accurate cost based on the size of the pot you wish to purchase.
